Visitors can tell what you do, and how to reach you, from the first screen.
Every way in (the form, a call, WhatsApp) is one tap away and lands where you will see it.
Pages load quickly on a mid-range phone and give search engines what they need.
A site you own: domain, hosting and code in your name, everyday edits in your hands.
Before you call us
The site is slow on a phone, and people leave before it loads.
Customers cannot find you on Google, or find an outdated page when they do.
Enquiries arrive by phone, WhatsApp, email and Instagram, and some of them get lost.
Visitors cannot tell what you do, or what to do next, from the first screen.
What’s included
A responsive design built around what visitors came to do: call, book, order, visit or enquire
A contact or lead form that reaches your inbox, with WhatsApp, call and map buttons where people expect them
Essential on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and a sitemap, submitted to Google Search Console
Performance and accessibility checks before launch, on a mid-range phone, with a keyboard and with a screen reader
Basic, privacy-conscious analytics, so you can see visits and enquiries
Deployment on Azure with HTTPS, security headers and an uptime check
A handover: what you can edit, how, and where everything lives, all in your name
Not included unless written into your scope
Copywriting: you supply the words, or we quote for writing them
Custom illustration, photography or video
Advanced SEO: content programmes, link building, local listings and ongoing ranking work
Integrations with paid third-party services, such as booking, payment or CRM platforms
Moving a large amount of content from an existing site
Third-party costs (domain, Azure usage, licences, paid plugins or APIs, email and SMS), billed to you by the provider
How delivery works
1
Conversation
A call, a WhatsApp chat, or a written brief if you prefer. We ask about the outcome you
need, the constraints you are under, and what has already been tried.
2
Written scope
Within 2 business days: a one-page scope with options and the assumptions behind them,
and a fixed quote for each, or a short paid discovery first if too much is still unknown.
3
Build in the open
Short milestones against acceptance criteria agreed in the scope. Decisions are written down
as they are made, so nothing important lives only in a meeting.
4
Handover
Documentation, runbooks and decision records, with access and ownership in your name.
Defects found after launch are fixed within a window agreed in your scope; ongoing support is
a separate, optional agreement.
For agencies
White-label web development for agencies
For design, branding and marketing agencies whose clients need more than a theme. When a
client wants a custom build or an integration and nobody in-house can build it, or hosting and
upkeep fall to whoever is free, we build and look after it under your brand.
Builds from your designs, with your agency’s name on the handover
Hosting, monitoring and care you can resell, billed to you
Integrations with your clients’ CRM and ERP systems, quoted per project
One technical contact for your team, and no contact with your client unless you want it
Ways to work with us
Timelines are planning estimates for a typical scope. Yours goes in the written scope, with a
fixed quote for each option, within 2 business days of our first conversation.
Launch website
Up to 5 pages: a responsive design, a contact form, basic analytics and essential SEO, deployed on Azure and handed over. Planned at 2 to 3 weeks once the content is agreed.
Business website
A custom design and a larger structure, with editing you can do yourself where you need frequent changes, lead capture, SEO and performance checks, and documentation. Planned at 3 to 6 weeks once the content is agreed.
White-label build
For agencies: we build to your designs and your process, and your client sees your agency.

Common questions
How much does a business website cost in India?
It depends on what the site has to do, not on a page count. Tell us what you need, and
within 2 business days of our first conversation you get a written scope with options, a
fixed price for each, and what each price leaves out. Domain, hosting and licences are
billed to you by the provider.
How long does it take to build a website?
A site of up to 5 pages is planned at 2 to 3 weeks once the content (text, photos, prices)
is agreed. A larger custom site is planned at 3 to 6 weeks. Your timeline goes in the
written scope.
What isn’t included?
Anything not written into your scope: typically copywriting, illustration and photography,
advanced SEO, paid integrations and large content moves. Any of them can be added as a
quoted option.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We agree at the start what you want to change yourself (prices, menus, photos, opening
hours, offers) and build it so you can.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build every site with the foundations search engines read: fast pages, proper titles and
descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, submitted to Google Search Console. Nobody can
honestly promise a ranking, and ongoing SEO work is quoted separately.
Do you only build on Azure?
Azure is our default because it is what we know deepest, and it scales from a small site to
a full platform. If you already host elsewhere, we will tell you plainly whether moving is
worth it. Often it is not.
What happens after launch?
Defects found after launch are fixed within a window written into your scope. After that, a
care plan if you want one; if not, a clean handover with everything documented and in your
name.
We’re an agency. What do you need from our designers?
The designs, in whatever tool they use, and a conversation about the states a static design
cannot show: errors, empty screens and slow connections.
