The brief
Make an unfamiliar first visit feel manageable.
The fictional practice has two locations, several care pathways and visitors arriving with different levels of confidence. The site has to answer “is this for me?” before it asks for an enquiry.
Mobile is the primary context: a visitor may be in pain, searching locally and comparing options quickly. The route to care therefore uses short explanations, explicit access information and one consistent appointment action.
Three decisions that shape the result.
- 01
Organise around the visitor’s problem
The primary navigation starts with care needs and appointment intent, not a long list of clinical techniques.
- 02
Earn trust before asking for details
Access information, appointment length and what happens in the first visit appear before the booking choice.
- 03
Keep the contact route resilient
The concept uses ordinary links and semantic sections so its core journey remains understandable without client-side JavaScript.
Checks before handover.
