Kakoriya Cloud is a web, Azure and cloud engineering practice based in India and led by Akshay Kakoriya. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about it, write to hello@kakoriyacloud.com.

This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts. If analytics are on, they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

When you send a brief through the form, we receive what you type into it — your name, email, company if you give one, the kind of help you need, your timeline, a rough size, your message and how you found us. We use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you want, to scope the work. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your details for marketing.

To stop the form being abused, your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions, and the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot. Neither is stored with your brief.

If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send, and WhatsApp and the email providers process it under their own privacy policies.

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us (India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). For people in the EU and UK, we process your enquiry to take steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and use rate limiting and bot checks in our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f)).

Microsoft Azure hosts the site and runs the form (East Asia region). Resend delivers the form to our inbox (United States). Google hosts that inbox. Cloudflare provides DNS, email forwarding, the bot check and analytics. Some of these are outside India and outside the EU, so your details may be transferred abroad; each provider is bound by its own data-protection terms.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep what the engagement and the law require — invoices and contracts, for as long as tax and contract law require us to — and nothing more.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent — and, under the DPDP Act, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email hello@kakoriyacloud.com; we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.
