Azure architecture consulting

Architecture reviews, migration plans and design authority — the decisions written down before anyone builds.

Sound familiar?

What it looks like before we arrive

  • The Azure bill grows every quarter and nobody can say which workload is responsible.
  • A data-centre exit date is set, and there is no inventory of what has to move.
  • The architecture grew one ticket at a time, and every change now feels risky.
  • The same incident keeps coming back, and the fix keeps being more instances.

What you get

What we deliver

  • An inventory of what you run and how it connects — counted before anything is designed
  • A target architecture with decision records: what was considered, what was chosen, what it cost
  • A migration path in waves, with the risk in each one named
  • Cost and reliability findings, ranked by effort and by impact
  • Infrastructure as code (Bicep) and delivery pipelines, when we build it with you

Engagement shapes

How it can be shaped

Timelines are planning estimates for a typical scope. Yours goes in the written scope, with a fixed quote for each option, within two business days of our first conversation.

  • 01

    Architecture review

Five working days. A written report with decision records and a ranked list of fixes, walked through on a call.

  • 02

    Migration plan

Discovery, inventory, target patterns and a wave plan — the baseline a build team works from.

  • 03

    Design authority

A standing senior reviewer for your team’s designs, a few days a month.

The principal’s record, inside SI teams

Kakoriya Cloud opened in October 2026. These figures come from estates our principal worked on before then, each with its scope.

Questions

Azure architecture: questions, answered

Do you need access to our subscription?

For a review, read-only access with cost data is enough. For build work we agree access per environment, ideally through your own identity provider.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before anything confidential is shared. We never name a client without written permission — the work described on this site is described by sector for the same reason.

Can you work alongside our existing partner?

Yes. A second pair of senior eyes next to a delivery team is one of the most useful shapes this work takes.

What does an Azure architecture review include?

Five working days: an inventory of what runs and how it connects, the reliability and cost findings ranked by effort and impact, decision records for the changes worth making, and a call to walk through the written report.

Can you help reduce our Azure bill?

Usually, and without making the system less reliable. The common wins are plans sized for a peak that never comes, premium tiers nothing needs, and workloads that could share a plan. Each finding comes with what it saves and what it costs to change.
